Matt Brown

Physiotherapist | Strength & Conditioning Coach

Matt has been coaching for 10 years, helping people from all walks of life to improve their health, performance and function.

He holds an Undergruate and Masters degree in Strength & Conditioning, and is a Chartered Physiotherapist.

He has a compassionate and person-centred approach to his work, and has extensive experiencing working with individuals experiencing persistent musculoskeletal pain and those living with long term health conditions.

Matt is passionate about helping individuals with health challenges to make exercise work for them, build confidence in their body, and achieve their own version of ‘peak performance’.

Matt offers both physiotherapy and 1-1 exercise coaching at the den.

Keeley Fitzgerald

Personal Trainer | Pre/Post Natal Specialist

Keeley has been training women since 2019, she became a PT after struggling to find people in the fitness industry she could relate to.

Keeley believes that the gym should be a place where people can go to learn how to love movement and exercise, can develop their relationship with their own body and be amazed at what they can achieve when aesthetics are not simply the only goal but health is.

Keeley has trained girls from the age of 11 to women at the age of 91, her drive is and will always be ‘empowering women to gain confidence in themselves, their abilities and their bodies - no matter their age, shape or size’.

Keeley offers 1-1 and small group personal training at the den.
